A New View
I decided yesterday that what passes for hair on my scone had become too scruffy, and needed what I term 'mowing'. In other words, I grab a set of hair clippers, attach a #1 comb to them, and take to my head. Having created a number one cut all over, I was suddenly struck with the urge to go further. What would it look like? More to the point, what would it feel like, to have no hair at all?
Hmmm......disturbing, to say the least. t doesn't show well in the pics, but the back of my head really does need some exposure to the sun. I'm undecided as to whether the look will stay, given that the creation of this 'look' took almost a half hour to complete, and blunted a brand new razor, not to mention the few nicks along the way. It's a disturbing feel as well. Not smooth & slick at all, but somewhat nerveless and sandpapery to the touch. Human hair grows much faster than we give it credit for. Even this morning, not quite 24 hours later, it feels like my bonce has a five o'clock shadow.
The plus side being that if I decide I don't like it, I need do absolutely nothing but wait. I may not have much on top, but what is there, grows quite well.
